If it bleeds, it leads.

For months I've kept secret this wonderful photographic adventure with my buddy Kenny Foster.  I was privileged to help him with the images for his monument of a record 'Deep Cuts'.  This week he unveiled the story of how we made the image.  It would be foolish for me to add anything to his tale.  Please read all about it on his page's blog here and learn about all of the top secret black magic involved in bringing his massive concept to life. 

Listening to 'Deep Cuts' has made me feel strong emotions, chills, and even caused me to squirt a few tears.  The record is a demonstration of song writing, performing, and production at their superlative nexus.  I believe that it will earn the heart of the heartland as well as anyone with a heart.

Also, if you listen to this record on a road trip with a loved one, you'll find yourselves holding hands in less that an eighth of a tank down the road, and then you'll be searching the cubbie box for tissues, so go prepared.  As I write this I'm listening through the record yet again, and its got me feeling strong feelings again.  Man its a great listen!
